Being conscious that human is one of an important factor leading the successful of the company , Dien quang Lamp Joint stock co., have paid much attention on our staff and improved well- organized human managing systerm.We also keep in mind on training and retraining about technical knowledges and managing skills for all staff to meet our developing requirements in automatisting as well as modernizing way. .

In addition , having a good union trade organization which presentatives for labours and protects their rights , the employes not only have good believes on the company to work well but also be satisfied by the public and clear salary distribution policy of the company.

Up to now , Dien Quang has about 3,200 employes with structure as followings:

• Working staff : 82.67%

2. Labour level:

• Ph.D : 0.11%
• Bachelor & Master :9.27%
• Intermaediate level : 7.95%
• Workers : 75.16%
• High school level : 7.51%

3. Sex labour structure:

• Male : 59.8%
• Female : 40.2%

In which , bachelor and master managing staffs reach 4.19%
